How We Hire: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1Days 1-3

Application & Initial Screening

Our recruitment team conducts a thorough review of your profile against our job requirements.

Technical skills and experience alignment
Cultural fit indicators
Career progression and achievements
Portfolio or work samples (where applicable)

What to expect: You'll receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours, and we'll update you on your application status within 3 business days.

Step 2Days 4-5

Candidate Filtering & Interview Scheduling

Shortlisted candidates are contacted directly by our HR team to schedule interviews.

Swift progression for qualified candidates

What to expect: Interview scheduling is completed within 5 days of job posting to ensure swift progression for qualified candidates.

Step 325 minutes

Technical & Cultural Interview

Our focused interview process consists of technical and cultural evaluation.

Technical Assessment (15 minutes): Role-specific questions, problem-solving scenarios
Cultural & Behavioral Evaluation (10 minutes): Work style, values alignment, team collaboration
Interactive and conversational approach
Led by department head and HR representative

What to expect: Virtual or in-person format based on role requirements.

Step 42 weeks - Paid

Probationary Period

Successful candidates begin with a 2-week paid probationary period.

Integrate into our team culture
Hands-on experience with projects and workflows
Mutual evaluation of fit and performance
Mentorship and initial training

What to expect: Compensation: 4,000 ETB (25 USD) for the probationary period, paid upon completion.

Step 5Final Stage

Contract & Compensation Discussion

Upon successful completion of the probationary period, we extend formal employment.
